Questions we get asked.
- What counts as a site?
- One restaurant location with its own safe and crew. A group with four locations is four sites under one company login, one bill, and head-office roles that apply everywhere.
- How do we get started?
- Book a demo. If BlackFox fits, we set up your company and your first site, invite your general manager, and import your crew from a spreadsheet. There is no self-serve sign-up and nothing to install.
- Does BlackFox connect to my POS?
- No. The manager types the day's totals in from the POS report. It takes a couple of minutes and works with any POS.
- Do I need the digital payouts add-on?
- Only if you want to send Interac e-Transfers from BlackFox. Cash payouts and recorded cashless payouts, settled through your payroll, are included in the core plan.
- Is there a free trial?
- Your first month is free. You get the full product from day one, with set-up and training included.
- Where is BlackFox available?
- Canada. Sales tax handling, SMS verification and Interac e-Transfer are all Canadian.
