After the manager reconciles, BlackFox emails a PDF package covering the day: the sales revision, over and under, debt to staff and main cash. It arrives before you start work.
Revised automatically
If a cash expense is entered or changed after the package has gone out, BlackFox sends a revised package on its own. You are never working from numbers that have moved behind you.

Cash log

Lock a period
Close an accounting period and nothing in it can change. Changes after the lock are new entries, not edits.
Chart of accounts
One chart of accounts for the company, with per-site visibility. Double-entry postings sit behind every transaction.
Invoice back-up
Cash and invoice expenses carry line items, tax rates and attached back-up, so the support is where the number is.
Archived sites stay readable
When a site closes, its books stay available to you. Year-end does not depend on a site still operating.
